Bob, I used to watch the TV show "Route 66"as a kid! I have owned 7 midyear ( '63-'67 ) in my life as well a a pair of brand new ones back in '85 and '86. I had a '66 427 Air Conditioned Convertible that a friend of mine rebuilt the engine and tranny for...in return for his work I refinished a 1962 Vette to car show quality....Your photo here just brought it all back to me! ( I wish now that I had never sold them..they would have been a big help now since I've retired...oh well! JERRY

I love Corvettes and the 1957 is a beauty. I was hoping to see this in person during a trip to Arizona but sadly I never made it to Hackberry. Great picture and congrats on your sale as well as your features!
