Description
Plague Doctors wore peculiar masks to protect themselves when working with patients/victims of the plague that killed so many people in Europe. Fragrant materials were placed in the long snout to "purify the foul air" that they thought caused the disease. Nice...I enjoyed making this mask myself out of paper mache and decorated it as you see...Cheers Bob
