Description
A rodeo cowboy roping a calf while fellow rodeo participants look on.
The life of the Rodeo Cowboy is not an easy one. These athletes, both male and female, are tough as nails and compete in an arena where seconds mean money or go home empty handed. Here seconds can also mean injury or even death. Training for this sport lasts a lifetime. Those who prepare the most may come out on top but, as in all sports, don't count on winning until the "Fat Lady Sings"...Photographing these events is fun and requires some practice. Each event is special and offers many opportunities for the photographer.
